Our challenge was to take the already successful Hitachi Social Innovation Forum events to the next level, to highlight Hitachi’s role as a thought-leader in social innovation, putting them at the forefront of collaborative creation and open innovation.
Social Innovation Forums bring together leading industry names and Hitachi experts to explore key IoT themes and opportunities, share best practice in IoT innovation and explore the increasing importance of ‘co-creation’ in developing new solutions to solve key business challenges.
What we did
By managing all aspects of the Forum events including creative direction, content development, technical production, venue management, and on site execution, we created a dynamic and engaging guest experience.
A new strong creative identity delivered cohesive branding for the event, as well as providing Hitachi with a sub-brand for the Social Innovation Forums, to build industry recognition going forward.
The creative identity encompassed all aspects of the event including pre and post-event communications, on-site branding, plenary content and the ‘Expo Zone’.
We also established a very collaborative way of working with the Hitachi team, which made the process easy and enjoyable for all. During the events, we worked closely together, often in the same office, to act efficiently on feedback received from the London event, to tailor the Berlin event accordingly.
By raising production values considerably from previous Forums, we provided Hitachi with a great platform to position themselves as thought-leaders in social innovation.
We surpassed our client’s expectations, but of course we won’t stop here, and have already raised our game with a proposal for next year’s events.
Simon Crouch, Hitachi Europe reflects: “The best ever feedback that we have had from a customer event. Can’t wait to work with you again next year.”
