To celebrate International Women’s Day this year, we had a handful of our kick-ass females at Smyle taking over our social media accounts to share their thoughts on how together we can #BreakTheBias.

International Women’s Day takes place on the 8th March annually to celebrate the achievements of women, to raise awareness against bias and to inspire and empower us all to take action for equality.
